We invite you to attend our Heart of Cook Grantee Reception on Thursday, May 31st beginning at 4:30pm in the Cook Visitors Center.
We will recognize your program and present you with the grant check at that event.

In order to attend the event you will need to RSVP by 5 p.m. on May 17th. To RSVP, please provide the following for EVERY person attending:

1) the name of your organization,

2) the name(s) of those attending (THE NAMES MUST MATCH THE DRIVERS LICENSE), and

3) date of birth, including year, for those attending.

A maximum of four people may attend per organization.

On the day of the event:

• Please allow extra time to pass through security at the gate. Your vehicle may be inspected, so be sure there are no drugs, alcohol, firearms or explosives.

• Each individual attending is required to have a driver’s license to present at the gate and will be matched to the RSVP list of names. NAME ON RSVP LIST MUST MATCH LICENSE.
