Scholar Information

 Please have this information completed by the scholar. 

Please make your answer fun or creative, you already won the scholarship so you don't need to brag about your GPA. The kind of answers we are looking for are "I can shape my tongue into a four leaf clover!" or "I rescue and spay feral cats."

Please Note - The scholar and one guest are free for this event. Additional guests may join for $20 per person.
