The board of directors can be such an asset when members bring their ideas, wisdom and energy to the table. What is that secret sauce that allows board members to work well with the staff? What are the things both board members and executive directors should consider as they undertake the task of leading an organization?

Matthew Downey from The Johnson Center for Philanthropy will lead a workshop filled with information, break-out sessions and brainstorming to help executive directors AND BOARD MEMBERS be the best for their organizations. Both board members and executive staff are encouraged to attend.

This Coalition of Community Funders is happy to provide this workshop. We encourage agency directors to bring a board member to this meeting to get the full benefit of the presentation and discussion. 

Attendance at this workshop makes agencies eligible for the 2015 Coalition Mini-Grants associated with the above topic.
