Michigan ReConnect is a State of Michigan program that awards free community college tuition to those who meet the following criteria:

  • Have lived in Michigan for over one year
  • Be at least 25 years old when you apply
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have not yet completed a college degree (associate or bachelor's)
  • Are enrolled in an aid-eligible program
