Description
The St. Joseph-Lincoln Senior Center is open to all citizens age 60 and older. We offer a wide variety of daily activities. Exercise classes including Tai Chi, cardio drumming, chair drumming, resistive exercise, chair yoga, line dancing, aerobics and many others. A full service Circuit Training Room complete with cardio and weight equipment. Various group card games, board games and other fun games. Bingo twice a month! Trips, Health and Informational Programs, clinics, nurse onsite to answer your questions, free tax service in the spring and so much more!!
