Financial Assistance, utility assistance, transportation, counseling
St. Vincent de Paul Society members are dedicated to assisting the poor and those neighbors with needs in our area. Members seek to find the face of Christ in those whom they serve.
Volunteers with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Joseph Conference, provide a variety of services to assist the struggling poor in Berrien County. Our neighbors in need, regardless of religious affiliation or lack of affiliation, are welcome to apply for help during office hours from 9 a.m. to noon on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Rose Center. Society volunteers will conduct home visits for those who are unable to travel to the office. Our neighbors in need can meet with Society volunteers to describe their need for help with utility bills, medicine, advocacy, financial counseling, and transportation.
