Administered by Berrien Community Foundation, the Joseph & Rosemary Low Family Foundation announces the recent investment of $150,000 in grants to nonprofits in Berrien County and beyond who enrich communities through education, culture and care.
The four major grants were awarded to:

“In these challenging times, the Low Family Foundation is honored to support these organizations for the impact they make in their community,” said Dr. John N. Low, chair of the Low Family Foundation.
The Low Family Foundation awards grants to organizations that align with the values and interests of the Low Family Foundation’s founders — Joseph, Wilma and Rosemary Low — whose lives and service to their communities inspired a deep commitment to giving back.
The Low Family Foundation created the $5,000 We See You Grant opportunity as a way to recognize and support the work of nonprofit organizations. BCF is currently accepting application online at www.berriencommunity.org/lowfoundation. Applications are due June 1, 2026.
By partnering with Berrien Community Foundation, the Low Family Foundation ensures its charitable mission will endure for generations.
