I lived in Melbourne, Australia for 18 months (my son was born there!)
Give me a snapshot of your work history.
Prior to joining BCF, he was the Chief Accounting Officer for Strategic Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw the accounting, treasury, finance and internal audit functions. Greg also spent some time working in the private equity industry. He began his career in public accounting as an auditor for Arthur Andersen. Greg holds a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and earned his CPA certification. Greg enjoys fishing, hiking, biking and relaxing at the beach. He recently moved to Southwest Michigan and is looking forward to becoming more involved in the community and helping the BCF team accomplish its mission.
Give me another snapshot of what it is you do here at BCF.
I help Morgan with the day-to-day finance/accounting responsibilities (primarily managing the accounts payable, grants and gifts transactions and recording journal entries). I also assist with our annual events like Backpacks For Good and Senior Care Kits, to name a few.
How do you get involved in the community?
I attend fundraisers and donate to various organizations/causes in the area
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
I enjoy fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, running, skiing, biking , chilling at beach!
What kinds of activities energize you?
I would say running and downhill skiing

Work full-time ?

What is the one thing you cannot resist?
CHOCOLATE!
What’s the weirdest job you’ve ever had?
Maybe more stressful than weird, but I worked flipping burgers at McDonald’s in high school.

Working with and getting to know the wonderful people here
