JOB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES: 

Offers services in five areas, vocational rehabilitation, career camp, job coaching, situational assessment and job development. The purpose of a Vocational Evaluation is to assess a person's achievement levels, vocational aptitudes, physical capacities, work behaviors, and interests and make recommendations to the referral source and participant regarding realistic vocational objectives. The general purpose of the Career Camp program is to increase the vocational potential of participants through a combination of hard and soft skill training. Job Coaching assists participants with disabilities and/or employment barriers by providing on-site support to participants, employers, and co-workers to train, develop, and increase employment skills, to aid in maintaining employment. Situational Assessment provides hands-on simulated work evaluations in a specific work environment. The purpose of the Job Development program is to assist individuals in obtaining competitive employment in order for them to achieve self-sufficiency for themselves and their families.
